Your Data Rights

If you have submitted your details through one of our enquiry forms, UK data protection law gives you a number of rights over that data.

The rights you have

• Access — ask us what personal data of yours we hold.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate details.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no lawful reason for us to keep it.
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data while a query is resolved.
• Objection — object to our use of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw consent you previously gave us at any time.

How to exercise these rights

Send us a request through our contact page, telling us which right you would like to exercise and enough detail (such as the email address you used on a form) for us to locate your data. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
